White, Operations Manager at Everise in Las Vegas, NV, brings a vast array of strategic planning and business leadership experience to the board. A graduate of the College of Air Force in Denver, CO, White is active in the community including serving at Vice President/Treasurer for the Las Vegas Metropolitan Urban League.

A member of the board since 2013, Franklin is the Clerk of the Court/Las Vegas Paiute Tribal Court. A native of East St. Louis, Illinois he has called Las Vegas home since 2010 and former Case Management Coordinator with the Chicago-Urban League.

Our newest board member is a veteran mortgage lender serving the Las Vegas community for 17 years. Originally from Compton, California, Marlena has a passion for educating the African American community on the importance of sustainable wealth through homeownership.

Virginia a Las Vegas native is the current president of the Las Vegas Urban League of Young Professionals which she has been a member of since 2015 serving in the capacity of membership chair and treasurer.

Virginia has been connecting with young professionals in the Vegas Valley as well as all over the United States like the Young Professionals mission to Empower communities and changes lives, Virginia embodies that to the fullest wanting to see positive change in her community. 

A big believer in Mental Health Wellness, Virginia supports Therapist of Las Vegas, NAMI of Southern Nevada and the Nellie Bly Leadership Society.

Virginia is no stranger to Mental Health industry having spent 12 years in the working in both outpatient and inpatient capacities.
