Nutrition Education –
We assist families by informing them on how to eat better and live a healthier lifestyle by providing creditable nutrition information that will lead to a change in their eating behaviors with the goal of ultimately contributing to a quality lifestyle, which will reduce the rates of obesity and chronic diseases.
The number one cause of death in America amongst men
and women is heart disease. We teach individuals how to take control of their lives by stopping smoking, increasing physical activity and learning how to prepare healthy foods.

Breastfeeding Instructions –
Our breastfeeding nutrition education classes cover a wide range of informative topics to help parents grasp the idea of breastfeeding. Especially for new parents, we provide valuable information that prepares them on what to expect during breastfeeding, what warning signs to look for if issues suddenly occur and, most importantly, when to ask counselors for help.
